Retrofit of a legacy fire alarm system on a 2000-built PCC to meet latest IMO & class expectations. WISERISE, as an authorized TYCO aftermarket partner, deployed the T2000 panel with 800-series detectors and MCP820/830 manual call points, elevating detection reliability and response.
Aging fire alarm equipment and evolving safety requirements prompted a full-system retrofit. The upgrade aligns with IMO guidance and class rules, improving detection accuracy, response speed and maintainability while controlling lifecycle cost.
WISERISE won the turnkey firefighting package for the P378 FSO serving the LDV field (Block 15-1/05, Vietnam). Full system design, equipment selection, integration, commissioning and documentation were delivered in-house under international class standards.
The P378 FSO is part of the Lac Da Vang (LDV) field development led by Murphy Cuu Long Bac Oil Co. Ltd. As the process and storage hub, the platform demands high-reliability firefighting with tight integration and rigorous documentation. WISERISE delivered a single-vendor package to simplify interfaces, shorten schedule and ensure compliance.
In 2021, WISERISE supplied a modular oxygen–acetylene (OX–AC) racking & distribution system for the MV33 FPSO project. The design minimizes cylinder movements by keeping banks secured on the uppermost continuous deck and piping gas to multiple outlet stations where it is needed.
Moving individual gas cylinders around a yard or deck is time-consuming and risky. The WISERISE modular racking system centralizes cylinders, provides continuous gas delivery and reduces lifecycle cost for offshore welding, heating and cutting.
For fleets undergoing scrubber additions or machinery-space changes, the fire-protection envelope must be expanded and re-validated. WISERISE delivers class-compliant CO₂ retrofits end-to-end — survey, engineering, approval, installation guidance and commissioning — with documentation aligned to class/flag.
When installing scrubbers or changing machinery-space layouts, the protected volume, boundaries and shutdown philosophy must be reassessed. CO₂ is a proven choice for machinery spaces due to reliability, rapid knockdown and broad class acceptance. Typical fleet context includes MAERSK / MSC / Interasia Lines / HEA Energy vessels executed in 2025.
Many fleets use local water-mist for machinery spaces. Aging zonal valve skids often suffer from solenoid-valve leakage, compromising discharge reliability and risking class findings or detentions. WISERISE delivers class-aligned retrofits end-to-end — survey, engineering, submission, approval, delivery — including full-system health checks.
On container, tanker and bulker fleets using local water-mist in Category A machinery spaces, legacy skids show leaks at solenoids/manifolds and corroded fittings. We restore hydraulic integrity, serviceability and compliance, protecting yard/port windows and eliminating recurrent findings.
